I was only really getting on for reset and that was about it. Halo 5 I would say is a welcomed temporary departure opportunity from Destiny.

I get that the grind is addicting, but if your enjoyment comes from only one day of the week because of the opportunity of increasing your light level (which won't do fuck all to increase your enjoyment in other activities), I'm finding it difficult not to wonder "Why bother?" My main point however was Min's lack of interest not even a week after the hardmode release of King's Fall. It's not a matter of the game not holding your interest, it's a matter of spending 1,500+ hours mostly to the same activities over and over, a staple prospect of many, if not most MMO's.

I was saying that if your interest is only held for one day of the week (Tuesday's 3x Nightfalls, 3x King's Fall raid), it's already time to move onto a different game. Even doing different things other than quests and raids can't really hold interest sometimes. While I really enjoy this game, I need a break from it from time to time. Some could even see it as a waste of time. Not everyone feels like sherpa'ing people around in Destiny or participating in the other "things" in the game. I'd understand the hesitancy to do it solo that many times, but playing with others makes all the difference, regardless the content. Ps: I've replayed the entire story mode six times, twice post-TKK, all to help clanmates level their alts. Why not take a two-week break from the game and come back to it at the later date? Light level over 311 doesn't mean jack squat so it's not like you've anything to lose - assuming your lack of interest in Destiny is genuine and not just a talking point. When you have over 1,500 hours into the game, which I'm assuming you do based on your DestinyTracker page, it's only natural to get burnt off on Destiny - I know I did shortly after TDB released up until two weeks after HoW dropped, freeing up plenty of time to play Neverwinter and Dying Light. I would've dropped Destiny months ago if I felt the only worthwhile content in Destiny is content that has the potential to increase your light level or grimoire amount. I mean, lord - it's Wednesday, the day after reset and you feel there's absolutely nothing for you to do? Hell, I find myself LFG-ing with people in the Quests section to help them get their Exotic swords, Boolean Gemini or other quest-related Exotics. It wouldn't hurt to interact with the community some sherpa some VoG/CE raids, participate in some Crucible, or stand around in the tower scaring other guardians with the Boo emote (it's pretty fun). Seems the issue is that all you think Destiny has to offer is King's Fall HM and Nightfalls. I could start a third character but I have no want to as the story does not lend itself to lots of replays. This week the rng hit was awful and I had no hard mode drops until Oryx and then both drops were 310 gear that was no better than I had equipped.

On my main two characters I have completed all the quests (barring the Halloween rng masks quests) so all I am doing I'd logging in on a Tuesday completing hard mode and the nightfall's. I play several mmos and there is no problem with the structure of how they are releasing things.
